Part of the new Wellness Wednesdays for Artists program at 18th & Union.
Healing Harmony is partnering with 18th & Union for Wellness
Wednesdays, bringing a 60-minute group sound healing experience designed
to help relax, unwind, and restore your physical, mental and spiritual
bodies. Healing Harmony creates a unique improvisational sound scape
with crystal and metal singing bowls, her handmade deer skin drum, and
vocals to guide you on a transformational journey into deep healing and
wellness.
What to expect: Most folks like to lie down (bring a blanket, pad,
and/or pillow), but you can absolutely choose to sit instead. Fully
clothed; no contact. You don't need to know anything special; you can
literally just lie/sit there. Heather will introduce the practice, and
the session lasts about 45 minutes, and tea will be offered after.
Reasonably, you could be on your way home by 8 pm or soon after.
Heather Mullin is a professional musician with international performance
experience, a decades long meditation practice, and has worked in the

and a health crisis she created Healing Harmony to help her clients
transform their anxiety and stress into balance, peace, and harmony.
