Growing tired of her life in Kansas, Dorothy and her little dog Toto discover a new adventure in the wonderful and magical Land of Oz after a cyclone swoops them “somewhere over the rainbow.” While following the yellow brick road to the Emerald City, Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, who quickly become her new friends. Together, they overcome their fears of witches, flying monkeys, and a haunted forest to learn if the Wizard can make their dreams come true.

The Sensory Friendly/Relaxed Performance for The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 11:00am. We are pleased to present this special performance giving children and families a world-class theatre experience modified for those with sensory needs. It’s part of our mission to provide youth of all ages access to professional theatre. We understand every child is different, and strive to make this a successful trip for everyone.

Masks are strongly encouraged but optional for patrons and staff at SCT performances. We highly recommend wearing well-fitting N95, KN95, or KF94 masks. SCT reserves the right to update our masking policy at any time should county infection data or other guidance warrant a change for the safety of our community.

2 for $10 Fridays: A TeenTix member may purchase a $5 ticket for themselves and for another person of any age ($10 total) for Friday shows at this venue.
