ACT Theatre Box Office

The Box Office opens one (1) hour prior to curtain for ticket sales and will call pick-up for each performance. At all other times, please contact the box office at 206.292.7676 or at boxoffice@acttheatre.org Tuesday – Friday, noon – 5 pm.

The Box Office is located on Union Street and is accessible through the main theatre lobby doors at 700 Union Street during performances only.

The Ticket Office is closed on Mondays and for the following company holidays;

• Saturday, December 25
• Thursday, December 30
• Friday, December 31

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL

Effective October 24, 2022: Masks are strongly encouraged as part of your ACT audience experience. If you would like a mask, we are happy to provide one for you. Please call the Box Office at 206.292.7676 if you have any questions about our safety measures.

ACT’s COVID-19 safety policies will continue to be reviewed and updated based on the advice of local health authorities, federal government guidance, and evolving circumstances. Please check this page for the most up-to-date information before your visit to ACT.

If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19, call the Box Office or email boxoffice@acttheatre.org to exchange your tickets or request a refund.

2 for $10 Sundays: A TeenTix member may purchase a $5 ticket for themselves and another person of any age ($10 total) for Sunday shows at this venue. If there are multiple performances on a Sunday, it is at the venue's discretion to decide which performance is eligible for this deal. Always call ahead to plan for companion tickets.
