The stars align and we celebrate the rich music of these two important holidays on one meaningful weekend. Honoring our fathers with classics like Horace Silver's beloved "Song for my Father" and the joy of fatherhood in Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely." Intertwined will be the inspiring songs of freedom - including "Lift Every Voice and Sing," James Weldon Johnson's anthem of hope and perseverance, as well as Charles Mingus' epic "Freedom" featuring the classic line "This mule ain't from Moscow."
