Remembering his generation-defining songs and lasting impact on today’s music, this exuberant Tony Award-winning tribute to Black artistry sings, laughs, hopes, and lives out loud.

Box Office Info

As of July 2022, Taproot Theatre NO LONGER requires proof of vaccination for entry. Masks are required while in the theatre. All employees, including staff & artists, will be required to follow the same protocols. Policies will evolve over time in response to the pandemic.
