These works are the outcome of photographing Seattle’s urban wildlife and the Olympic Sculpture Park, where natural ecosystems are incorporated into the architecture. The photos explore urban biodiversity, connect people with nature in their city, and showcase how wildlife can survive in human-dominated landscapes.
EarthCorps brings together passionate and hardworking young adults from the US and countries around the world for a year-long leadership training program in Seattle, Washington. As they care for the land and each other, their dedication to ecological restoration is guided by their lens of racial equity and environmental justice.
