Revisiting Creedence

Revisiting Creedence is a concert you don’t want to miss. When CCR wanted to play Creedence music live in concert again, they knew who to call. Powerhouse performers Dan McGuinness (lead vocals) and Kurt Griffey (lead guitar) rocked stages worldwide with Creedence Clearwater Revival’s Stu Cook and Doug “Cosmo” Clifford in Creedence Clearwater Revisited. Although Cook and Clifford retired from touring, the magic of Creedence continues with Griffey and McGuinness. Revisiting Creedence delivers the music of Creedence in concert with unmatched pedigree, musicianship and experience.

As CCR’s legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame drummer “Cosmo” Clifford puts it, “After 25 years of traveling with Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Stu Cook and I decided to retire, but you can still get that great sound with Kurt Griffey and Dan McGuinness and Revisiting Creedence.”

The monumental cultural impact and enduring popularity of Creedence music simply cannot be overstated. As Rolling Stone magazine reported in August, “Creedence were America’s biggest band in the summer of ’69. The [amazing] part is that Creedence are also America’s biggest band in the summer of ’24.” CCR’s greatest hits album Chronicle and singles continually rank near the top of multiple Billboard albums and streaming charts, above classic rock and contemporary superstar acts. “[H]igher than anything by the Beatles or the Stones or Zeppelin or Queen…. There just aren’t any comparable examples.”
