ShakesFest

Shakesfest brings together multiple Shakespeare-inspired improv groups for one night of heightened language, big emotions, mistaken identities, bold choices, and theatrical fun.

Each act takes its own approach to the world of the Bard, from improvised scenes and characters to brand-new stories created in the moment. Jet City Improv will join the lineup with an improvised Shakespearean musical, blending original songs, audience suggestions, and all the drama, romance, betrayal, and ridiculous turns you could hope for.

Whether you know every play or still think “wherefore” means “where,” Shakesfest is a celebration of Shakespeare, improv, and the joy of making something wildly theatrical on the spot.
