TeenTix 2026-27 Program Applications

Thank you for your interest in TeenTix's Programs!

HOW TO APPLY:

Once you’ve read through the Program Description and reviewed the Program Schedule, fill out the Google form for the program you’re applying for. We strongly encourage you to first read through the entire form then write your answers on another document and then paste them into the form. 

In each Google application form you will need to:

• Share your contact information
• Answer several short answer questions
• Provide work sample(s) (depending on the program)
• List any known extracurriculars for the 2026/2027 school year
• Answer several demographic questions

If you have questions about the programs or the application process, you can sign up to join us for a virtual Open House on Tuesday, April 28th.
