Hours

The Box Office’s regular operating hours are Tuesday – Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please note that during busy times calls may be sent directly to voicemail. Please leave a message with your request so that a representative can respond promptly.

On performance days, the Box Office opens one (1) hour prior to curtain for ticket sales and Will Call pick-up. At all other times, please contact the Box Office by phone at 206.292.7676 or by email at boxoffice@acttheatre.org.

ACT Contemporary Theatre is located at 700 Union Street. The Box Office is accessible through the door to the left of the main theatre lobby entrance nearest the corner of Union Street and 7th Avenue in Downtown Seattle.

The Box Office is closed on weekends (except during performance periods) and for the following company holidays:

• Martin Luther King Day
• President’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Indigenous People’s Day • Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL

Effective March 27, 2023: Masks are strongly encouraged as part of your ACT audience experience. Please call the Box Office at 206.292.7676 if you have any questions about our safety measures.

ACT’s COVID-19 safety policies will continue to be reviewed and updated based on the advice of local health authorities, federal government guidance, and evolving circumstances. Please check this page for the most up-to-date information before your visit to ACT.

If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19, call the Box Office or email boxoffice@acttheatre.org to exchange your tickets to another performance date.

2 for $10 Sunday

A TeenTix member may purchase a $5 ticket for themselves and for another person of any age ($10 total) for Sunday shows at this venue. If there are multiple performances on a Sunday, it is at the venue's discretion to decide which performance is eligible for this deal. Always call ahead to plan for companion tickets.
