Workforce Development
TeenTix offers a variety of in-person and virtual Career Connected Learning experiences. Through apprenticeships, mentorships, and internships, TeenTix hopes to prepare and develop employees both in and outside of the Arts Sector.

We are currently offering job training and career development in the following areas:
- Digital Communications and Marketing
Develop a deeper understanding of the Seattle Arts and Culture sector by working directly with the TeenTix Communications team. Interested applicants should have some interest/experience in graphic design, social media communication, engagements and interactions, networking with Arts and Community Partners, and event attendance.
Teens will be responsible for creating digital content for primarily for Instagram and Tik-Tok. Check out what we've made here: TeenTix Instagram

YMCA Wages-
The YMCA WAGES Participants (ages 16-24) will be paid $18.69 per hour over a nine week period . You’ll learn job and life skills necessary to advance your future and finish feeling more confident in yourself.

The UW job training program accommodates to providing employment services to adults with disabilities. Their goal is to provide support to help people into becoming an independent contributing member of the community.

Big Pictures Schools of Washington
Big Picture Internship program prepares young adults with on-the-job experience to gain knowledge and resume building using individualized learning plans, learning through interest and internships and college transition program allowing young adults to get real world experience.

For more than 25 years TIPS has provided over 1,100 teenagers with internships in more than 230 nonprofits in the Puget Sound area and provided over 230,000 public service hours. During the program, interns spend 6-8 weeks working with their nonprofits in a variety of service areas.
