A Message from TeenTix parent Betsey Brock

Please join me and other TeenTix parents at the First Annual Teeny Awards Dinner

Hi, my name is Betsey Brock. I am a TeenTix parent and a member of the TeenTix Advisory Board.

TeenTix makes Seattle a better place. TeenTix makes the arts accessible for teenagers. TeenTix talks to teens about art, film, dance, music, literature, and theater on their own terms. TeenTix energizes them to talk with each other about the shows they see. TeenTix is helping create the next generation of artists, art consumers, and philanthropists.

As a parent of a teenager who also works with teenagers, I've seen the impact that TeenTix makes first-hand. That's why I sit on the advisory board, and that's why I'll be at the First Annual Teeny Awards Dinner on Saturday, September 14th, cheering for and supporting this terrific program. On behalf of the entire TeenTix Advisory Board, I hope you'll be there, too. Click here to buy your tickets today, and LONG LIVE TEENTIX!

The Teeny Awards logoAfter dinner, join us in the Allen Theatre for The 5th Annual Teeny Awards. Hosted by writer, comedian, and professional rabble-rouser Lindy West, with hot beats by DJ J-Justice, the Teeny Awards honor the best in Seattle-area arts and culture, as voted on by TeenTix's 25,000 members.

Hob nob with Seattle's crush-worthiest artists, get a (temporary) tattoo, eat a cupcake, and celebrate TeenTix's 45 partner organizations and their great work welcoming young audiences. From PNB to OtB, The Rep to WET, and SAM to BAM, everyone who's anyone will be there. This is the future of your arts community. Get on board!
