Check out Seattle Shakespeare Company’s Romeo and Juliet at the Center Theatre, a classic tale of youth seeking to defy the expectations of their parents.

Head to Pacific Northwest Ballet for The Seasons’ Canon, a breathtaking take on The Four Seasons in which 54 dancers create images as one organism, complemented by Sweet Fields and the solo work The Calling.

This spring, Washington Ensemble Theatre is presenting its original work Scrambling the Goose, a groundbreaking collection of shorts performed in the order the audience chooses.

The 21st annual Seattle Black Film Festival at Langston will take place in April, featuring marginalized voices through a range of diverse films. Screenings will be held across multiple theaters in the city.

On April 20th, the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra will perform saxophonist Oliver Nelson’s Blues and the Abstract Truth, a post-bop album that was incredibly innovative for the time. The show will also feature two new works including one tribute to Clarence Acox, a co-founder of SRJO.
