TeenTix is celebrating our Tacoma Arts Partners this Saturday, December 8th!
There will be activities and events at the Tacoma Arts Musuem, the Museum of Glass, Tacoma Arts Live, The Grand Cinema, and MORE. Plus, join our #selfiescavengerhunt challenge and you'll be entered to win free swag! Keep reading to learn more.
11 AM - 12 PM: Art-Making at Tacoma Art Museum
Stop by TAM and get your arts and crafts on!
1 PM - 4 PM: Family Day at Museum of Glass
Get ready to say “Good Bye!” to 2018 and think about what you want to do in 2019! Spend some time in Foraging the Hive: Sara Young and Tyler Budge. Create your own honeycomb themed book to record your 2019 goals.
In addition to the free project, sign up to take a glass fusing workshop for just $10! There's only a few teen spots available so sign up HERE!
3 PM: Harry Potter and the Sacred Text at Tacoma Arts Live
Join Vanessa Zoltan, the host of the hit podcast Harry Potter & The Sacred Text, as she brings thought, reflection and laughter to Harry Potter; not just as novels, but as instructive and inspirational texts that teach us about our own lives. Because reading fiction doesn’t help us escape the world, it helps us live in it.
7:30 PM: Seattle Men’s Chorus Jingle All the Way at Tacoma Arts Live
Get in the holiday spirit with this fun performance. It's filled with beloved carols, fresh takes on holiday classics, and show-stopping dazzlers that will have you on your feet! Be there with bells on!
