Take advantage of an exciting opportunity to engage with CHOP SHOP: Bodies of Work on an exciting dance workshop!
CHOP SHOP: Bodies of Work is partnering with with the Bellevue Arts Museum and The City of Bellevue Parks & Community Services Department to bring you a FREE dance workshop called the Experience Dance Program.
Two classes are offered as part of the program:
Reading Dance is your chance to engage directly with festival artists as they discuss the craft of choreography.
Introduction to Modern Dance is a fun dance technique class for those interested in learning basic modern dance movement vocabulary: no previous dance experience is necessary!
The classes will be held on 1/26 at Bellevue College, 2/4 at the Crossroads Community Center, and 2/7 at the Bellevue Arts Museum.
In addition to the fun of experiencing dance up close and engaging directly with festival artists, by participating in the Experience Dance Program you'll receive a reduced price $5 ticket to the 2020 festival performance of your choice! Added bonus: come early and enjoy FREE access to Bellevue Arts Museum through their First Free Friday event!
