GIVEBIG SUPERSTAR: TUCKER CHOLVN

Do you know Tucker Cholvin?

Maybe you do – when he was 16, Tucker discovered the wonders of the TeenTix Pass. Tucker used TeenTix to see art all over Seattle – from the Pacific Northwest Ballet, to On the Boards, to the Seattle Art Museum. In his words “you name it - I went there using TeenTix.

Tucker also hung around TeenTix HQ all the time. He was on the Teen Steering Committee (the precursor to The New Guard) AND he was a teen representative on our Advisory Board. Basically, we knew him here at TeenTix as the “future president of the United States.” And wouldn’t you know it – these days Tucker works in public affairs as an Associate at Glover Park Group in Washington DC. WHAT?! Yes. Go Tucker.

BUT - not only is our friend Tucker Cholvin a TeenTix alumni – he’s also something we like to call a TEENTIX GIVEBIG SUPERSTAR!

What is a TEENTIX GIVEBIG SUPERSTAR? It’s simple - Tucker has been a TeenTix supporter since the very beginning and even when he aged out and moved away – he has continued to help make TeenTix a reality by donating to TeenTix through our annual GiveBig campaign for the last four years. Which means that EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. TeenTix has participated in GiveBig, Tucker has donated money.

Obviously, we wanted to know why he’s so into TeenTix – so we asked. Tucker says “What TeenTix let me do as a teen was gobble up art like a crazy person. And I think that has formed my voracious appetite for art consumption today. TeenTix meaningfully changed my life because I know I wouldn’t have the arts habits I have today if I hadn’t been exposed through TeenTix to everything Seattle had to offer.

Tucker – you really are a rock-star. THANK YOU. Your generosity warms our little hearts.
